If the gym shorts are made of synthetic the evaporation of sweat from the body is restricted to a great extent. If it’s made of cotton, the shorts get damp very soon. Cotton and polyester together form ideal gym shorts however! Work out on buying the ideal gym shorts because it’s as important as working out is!
